Account Management

How do I reset my password?

Yes! Next Level Booking supports multiple user accounts with different permission levels. Contact your organization administrator to set up additional accounts.

How do I update my profile information?

Click on your name in the top-right corner, then select "Profile" to update your information.

Inventory Management

How do I add a new inventory item?

Navigate to the Inventory section, click "Add New Item," and fill out the required information.

Can I import inventory from a spreadsheet?

Yes! Next Level Booking supports importing inventory data from CSV and TXT files. Go to the Import section and follow the step-by-step guide.

How do I mark an item as unavailable?

Open the item details page and change its status to "Maintenance" or "Inactive."

Categories

How do I create a new category?

Go to the Categories section, click "Add Category," and enter the category details.

Can I organize categories in a hierarchy?

Yes! You can create parent-child relationships between categories by assigning a parent category when creating or editing a category.

How do I move items between categories?

Edit the inventory item and change its assigned category from the dropdown menu.

Reporting

How do I generate a monthly inventory report?

Go to the Reports section, select "Inventory Report," choose "Monthly" from the time period dropdown, and click "Generate."

Can I export reports to Excel?

Yes! All reports can be exported to Excel, CSV, or PDF formats using the export buttons at the top of the report view.

How do I create a custom report?

Go to the Reports section, click "Custom Report," select the fields and filters you want, and save your report configuration.

Technical Issues

The system seems slow. What can I do?
